I really should be working hard on the fourth book in the Strength of the Pack series, but I’m taking a couple of days off while I recover from the experience of seeing Tom Hiddleston rock Coriolanus. The production made some interesting choices, and the cast were, by and large, superb. And just in case anyone thinks I have pretensions toward being a theatre critic, I should confess that my overriding recollection of the play was of Tom kneeling, legs splayed and arms outstretched as he offered his throat to the knife. I hadn’t appreciated just how lithely muscular he is. Especially his thighs.
…Matt and Jesse were a fun couple to get to know because of the opposites attract scenario, Jesse being wild and free and defiant while Matt was tight and structured and used to having his way as an Alpha. Though both men are broken in their own ways and had learned to live with that, Joy Lynn Fielding was able to bring these two together in a beautiful, and sexy way. The attraction between the two was hot and sweet all at the same time….
